Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The student is able to work out the Assignment of Bachelors´thesis (BT) and the Introduction to BT. The student will be ready by the end of the course to work out the bachelor´s thesis within a subsequent subject Bachelor Project 1. During the course in seminar classes students will be taught to respect author’s ethics as well as the quality of creative professional work.
Learning outcomes
After completing the subject, the student will be able to orientation in information sources, Effectively work with the final work template and other support tools (quote generator, etc.) work with graphic elements including their proper identification, will be aware of the need to adhere to ethical principles and legislative standards that are tied to student work and the possible consequences of their violation.

  • 1. Meaning, structure, topic and rules of working out the Bachelor´s thesis (BT), Assignment of BT 2. Principles and procedure of working out the Introduction to BT 3. Information sources, study and working with professional texts 4. Methods of professional work, creating BT texts, form of BT 5. Forms of BT, ethics of creative work, references and citations 6. Conclusion of BT, completing BT and defending BT

Teaching methods
Seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
Assessment methods
The course is completed with a credit based on handing in the Assignment of bachelor project and the basic text of the Introduction. The management of the faculty can set further conditions for awarding a credit. The credit can be awarded exclusively by the teacher of the subject, not by the supervisor of the Bachelor project.
