Prerequisites
A prerequisite for successful study is prior elementary knowledge of business management, psychology and sociology of work.

Course objectives
Cílem předmětu je uvést studenty do základů řízení lidských zdrojů a pochopení základních procesů této manažerské funkce. Seznámit studenty se základními procesy ŘLZ, následně plynule přejít k odpovědnějším, strategičtějším úkolům, které jsou nezbytným předpokladem zajištění konkurenční výhody v kterékoliv personální oblasti jako je nábor a výběr zaměstnanců, jejich rozvoj a vzdělávání, odměňování a benefity, plánování nástupnictví, řízení výkonnosti, bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci, pracovní legislativa nebo personalistický informační systém. Úloha E-learningu v procesu vzdělávání rovněž nezůstane opomenuta. To vše bude zasazeno do firemní kultury, která musí být za všech okolností transparentní. ŘLZ musí být chápáno jako neoddělitelná součást businessu, projevující se partnerstvím, nikoliv pouhou podporou manažerských funkcí.
Learning outcomes

Teaching methods
Teaching takes place in the form of lectures and exercises; face-to-face form of study and guided group consultations; combined form of study. The minimum mandatory participation in exercises in the face-to-face form of study is 75%, in guided group consultations; combined form of study 50%. Students who do not meet the mandatory scope of participation may be assigned additional study obligations during the semester (to the extent that it is possible to prove the study results and acquired competences necessary for the successful completion of the subject).
If contact teaching and consultation in the personal presence of the student in the face-to-face and combined form of study becomes impossible, the teaching is replaced by a distance form of study and self-study.
Information for ISP students: participation of students with an individual study plan is welcome both in exercises and lectures, or in the online environment.
Assessment methods
In the course of studying the subject and in connection with the knowledge acquired in the field of business management, the student prepares a semester paper on selected topics in the range of 5 to 6 pages, as a condition for credit and participation in the exam.
Submit completed studies in written form: a) full-time study students until the date determined by the teacher, b) students of combined studies one week before the expected date of the exam, c) students with an individual study plan as agreed with the teacher.
The reference material for preparing for the exam is a set of recommendations and questions for individual topics in method sheets and study support.
During the semester, the student will take 6 continuous electronic tests, the dates of which will be made available will be published in MS Teams. A minimum of 55% correct answers are required to pass each test.

The exam will be conducted in the form of an electronic test of professional knowledge. A minimum of 55% correct answers is required to pass the exam.

Teacher's information

A precondition for successful studio's previous elementary knowledge of business management, psychology and sociology of work.

Based on the acquired problem student will know the terminology personnel management, able to explain the content of the field, manages the processes of personnel management.

The crucial step in meeting the objectives of the course of study students do that will want to work independently throughout the study. It needed extensive individual preparation.
