The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide input on administrative law criminal.
After completing the course, students should be able to understand the basic principles of the legislation, administrative criminal law so that he could explain and apply the principles in practice punitive liability in the field of administrative law. Students should be able to define the administrative offense, to distinguish different types of administrative offenses and as an official of the administrative authority to issue a decision in a particular case.
Learning outcomes
The student will get an overview of the administrative law subsystem, which is administrative law criminal, both in terms of its material and procedural law.

  • 1. The concept of administrative punishment.
  • 2. Definition of administrative offenses and their general characteristics.
  • 3. Types of administrative offenses.
  • 4. Basics of responsibility for misdemeanors.
  • 5th misdemeanors.
  • 6th Jurisdiction authorities misdemeanor.
  • 7. Participants management and its progress.
  • 8. Sanctions and protective measures.
  • 9th Shortened proceedings and his comrades.
  • 10. Other administrative offenses.
  • 11. The Administrative offenses of legal persons and entrepreneurs.
