The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
At the end of this course, students should have an overview of the general part of administrative law. Can explain the basic concepts and institutes of the industry, understand the system of administrative law and acquire the ability to apply legislation in practice. Can understand the context of general institutes with regulation in individual, special branches of administrative law. It also gains an overview of lawmaking in this area.
Learning outcomes
The student obtains information about the general part of administrative law, ie basic and general institutes of this branch of law.

  • 1. Basic terms - public administration, administrative law. 2. Sources of administrative law. 3. Subjects and executors of public administration, organizational principles. 4. Issuing administrative acts. 5. Standardization of administrative bodies. 6. Public contracts. 7. Administrative supervision. 8. Internal acts and official supervision. 9. Other forms of administrative activity. 10. Control of public administration. 11. Protection of rights in public administration. 12. Responsibility in public administration.

Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
