The condition for the completion of this course is the completion of the course Criminal Law 1, Criminal Law 2.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Apply theoretical knowledge of senior students from the subjects of criminal law, criminology in the practical management of criminal proceedings, including evidence with the help of criminological methods. Registered students must be willing to work independently outside of class. In addition, he must have a serious interest in the practical application of theoretical knowledge of criminal law and criminology. An important condition is communication and active involvement in team cooperation.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student is able to: - criminalize the case - examine the management conditions and select the appropriate procedural procedure - Orientation in criminal records - choose the procedure in the case - apply theoretical knowledge gained through study in practice - suggest possible solutions - distinguish between the various stages of criminal proceedings - be familiar with the procedural rights and obligations of individual entities criminal proceedings - present the conclusions made publicly - justify the procedural procedure in the light of the case-law Students acquire additional professional knowledge, skills and competences on the basis of practical experience and their evaluation, following the theoretical knowledge acquired through the study of related subjects. Students clearly present their own conclusions based on the examination of the simulated example, its analysis performed on the basis of the application of criminal evidence according to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code also using forensic methods of evidence. In this context, it is important not only to present the conclusions reached, the statements of the decision, but also their justification with all the other consequences for the stakeholders.

  • 1. Study of the facts. 2. Choice and justification of the procedural procedure. Preparation and distribution roles of individual entities. 3. Study of relevant case law. 4. Preparatory proceedings: Execution of criminal acts. (special ways evidence) I 5. Preparatory proceedings: Execution of criminal acts. (special ways evidence) II 6. Execution of procedural acts of criminal proceedings. AND 7. Execution of procedural acts of criminal proceedings. II 8. Filing a motion to initiate proceedings - drafting and filing indictments. 9. Preparation for the main trial, recapitulation of the main course makeup, including the active involvement of individual subjects. 10. Main trial: Execution of the main trial, including evidence, final proposals. 11. Processing and delivery of the judgment. Grounds of the judgment. 12. Remedies.

Teaching methods
Lectures in full-time form, guided group consultations in combined form; the minimum compulsory participation in the full-time form of study is 75%, in guided group consultations in the combined form of study 50%.
Assessment methods
The course ends with a credit. The criterion is active cooperation on the project of the simulated criminal process, successful creation of materials for the main trial, active participation in the final main trial.
