The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the most important aspects of contract law and intellectual property. Within the scope of the contract law, students will be acquainted with the procedure of concluding contracts, change of contracts and with some types of contracts, from the point of view of intellectual property then with copyright, with rights to designations, etc.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - to include and define contract law and intellectual property within the legal order - identify individual contract types and ways of changing the commitment - summarize the possibilities of intellectual property protection and propose a suitable method of protection for a specific subject of intellectual property
