Prerequisites
The advantage is Regional completing the courses I and II in the Bachelor study VSFS. For graduates of bachelor studies at another university is not required.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Graduate of this course: to be able to specify the problems of peripheral border regions and explain their historical and contemporary causes, get an overview of the forms and the importance of cross-border cooperation, particularly Euroregions, will be able to navigate the system Euroregions in the Czech Republic and derive the relationship of these bodies to the administrative division of the state and the EU , and get an overview of the grant policy on cross-border cooperation and the process of its implementation in the regions.
Learning outcomes
Student is able after graduation - Specify the issue of peripheral border regions and define the role of cross-border cooperation in addressing them; - define the basic principles and forms of cross-border cooperation and its definition in international and transnational law; - to evaluate the state of cross-border cooperation in the Czech Republic (legal framework, creation and current status of Euroregions, their structure) - analyze forms of grant support for cross-border cooperation (history, present, effectiveness) - evaluate the role of Euroregions in the sustainable development of border regions.

Teaching methods
In this academic year teaching this course does not take place in a combined form. in full-time education: theoretical training - lectures, study concrete documentation of the Euroregion and specific projects, visit the seat of the Euroregion. The minimum mandatory attendance at seminars / workshops in the & nbsp; full-time study is 75%.
Assessment methods
The course is completed a credit and an oral examination. The DSO is used for continuous self-assessment tests. From these files will be generated questions for the final test, the successful management of a condition for the granting of credit. Another condition is the development of high-quality pot. To close the course is subject to successful completion of the oral examination. The full form of study is a prerequisite for obtaining credit successful passing of a test, exam - oral form. In this academic year, classes will be held only in the full form.

Students of the Study Center of Most have at their disposal a sufficient number of copies of the Infopress magazine published by the Euroregion Erzgebirge, and they have the opportunity to take advantage of the possibility of staying in the office of this Euroregion.
