Prerequisites
The knowledge of public administration foundations, legal subjects foundation as well as limited knowledge range concerning their implementation in the administration authorities activities is presupposed.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The subject is oriented towards the explanation of problems connected with the local government mananagent (predominantly in the municipalities, towns and regions) as well as the organizations constituted by them (first of all in the form of the allowance organizations) or respectively organizations established by them including the necessary relations. The student will acquire the practical knowledge of municipalities, regions and their organizations internal system management - including specific features, difficulties, good practice and mistakes. Except of management system he (she) will acquire or deepen elements of project management, management of changes, management of savings, human resourcers management. He (she) will understand local government politicians and employees roles and responsibilites. The notion in interrelations, analytic thinking, team work, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills will be deepen from the competencies point of view.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to understand better after the study subject graduation ways of the administrative activities management both in the Czech Republic and in some European countries
