Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will know the basics of legal regulation regulating the status of companies and cooperatives. It will master key terminology and will be able to identify and define the significant features of individual corporate entities falling within the category of business corporations. It will know the suitability of using a particular type of business corporation for the intended purposes. It will control the process of establishing and establishing a business corporation, and will be focused on the issues of governance and internal business corporation.

  • 1. Sources of legal regulation of commercial corporations and commercial register. Basic characteristics of a business corporation. The essence of the internal business corporation. 2. Establishment and formation of a business corporation. Business Register. 3. Corporate governance. 4. Personal and capital companies. Deposit into a business corporation. Share in a business corporation. 5. Business corporation bodies. 6. Business groupings. Transformation of business corporations. 7. The invalidity of a business corporation. Cancellation and termination of a business corporation. 8. Public Company. Limited partnership. 9. Limited liability company. 10. Joint Stock Company 11. Team 12. European Society. European Economic Interest Grouping. European Cooperative Society.

Assessment methods
The credit is awarded for submitting a seminar paper. Exam written test. Successful completion of the subject is conditional on the correct answer of at least 70% of the written test questions.
