Course objectives
Administrative science is a subject in which students will be informed about the main theoretical problems of public administration as an integral part of public power and quantitatively the largest part of the executive power. Its main task is to describe the organization and activities of public administration, methods of operation, including making decisions, evaluation methods and demands on personnel substrate and this Act formulate recommendations to optimize all of these components and processes.   Given the attention paid to the reforms of the public administration. They will also briefly discussed the main trends of   which modern public administration is based.
Learning outcomes
Graduation of the course is focused on organization and activities of public administration, methods of its operation, including decision-making, evaluation methods and demands on the personnel substrate, and to formulate recommendations for optimization of all these components and processes. In this subject the student acquires an overview of   basic mathematics of the general part of administrative law, administrative procedural law, administrative criminal law and public administration theory.
