The requirement for the completion of this course is completion of the course B_TPr_1 and B_TPr_2.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Students can describe basic forms of economic crime, typical methods of committing and concealing. Understand the use of investigative techniques in the analysis of physical memory and stop; able legal and criminological characteristics of economic crime; understand the subject of the inquiry and investigation stimuli; can make an essential pre-trial version. He can choose the appropriate initial investigation and emergency operations and is able to apply the results of forensic research in subsequent stage of the investigation. It can determine the basic methods of prevention. It is able to analyze and apply basic forensic methods in the investigation of economic crime.

  • 1.Introduction to economic crime, foundation of criminalistics.. 2.Forensic science, forensic and legal perspective on economic crime. 3.Typical forensic clues useful in the investigation of economic crime. 4.Identification exploration in the investigation of economic crime. 5.Methods and methodological methods in the investigation of economic crime. 6.Type criminal dimension of economic crime. 7.Methods of ensuring the exploration and use of forensic stop the investigation of economic crime. 8.Determination of typical versions, investigative situation. 9.Crime scene investigation of economic crime. 10.Hearing in the investigation of economic crime. 11.Recognition in investigative and trial investigation of economic crime. 12.Prevention of economic crime investigation.

Theoretical training, lectures, seminar exercises, seminar work.
Assessment methods
The course is completed with verbal exam. Answer one of the 15 topic questions correctly is required to pass the exam.
