The requirement for the completion of this course is completion of the course B_TPr_1 and B_TPr_2.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The objective of the course, which is the same for both forms of study, is to familiarise the students with the insight into chosen topics, chapters of criminal law. The lecture series, during which emphasis will be put on the corresponding practise of the courts as well as findings from professional experience, will be divided into several thematic areas: crimes against life and health, criminal law and health care, criminal law and conduct of business, criminal liability of legal persons, criminal law and public administration, selected chapters of criminal procedure, international judicial cooperation. At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the discussed topics of criminal law as well as handle with criminal law practise of the courts.

Teaching methods
Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
Assessment methods
The course is completed by a credit for a written test consisting of 15-20 questions (minimum score 60%).
