The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Students should enrich their knowledge about   some other aspects of civil law and procedure. At the end of this course, students should understand the deeper bond of private law and should be able to explain and apply the most widely used commercial legal contract types. Students should also be able to completely focus all business corporations (companies and cooperatives.   In the field of civil procedural law student should master the most important procedural devices is the possibility of getting to know   s ~   them in legal proceedings. Objectives of the course (in the language), max 3000 characters Students should enrich your knowledge about some other aspects of civil rights. At the end of this course, students should understand the deeper bond of private law and should be able to explain and apply some other legitimate commercial contract types. He should be able to explain the concept of private international law and to focus on the conflict rules. Should understand and explain the basics of family law and inheritance law as an important part of civil legal normative modifications.

Course objectives
Students should enrich their knowledge about   some other aspects of civil law and procedure. At the end of this course, students should understand the deeper bond of private law and should be able to explain and apply the most widely used commercial legal contract types. Students should also be able to completely focus all business corporations (companies and cooperatives.   In the field of civil procedural law student should master the most important procedural devices is the possibility of getting to know   s ~   them in legal proceedings. Objectives of the course (in the language), max 3000 characters Students should enrich your knowledge about some other aspects of civil rights. At the end of this course, students should understand the deeper bond of private law and should be able to explain and apply some other legitimate commercial contract types. He should be able to explain the concept of private international law and to focus on the conflict rules. Should understand and explain the basics of family law and inheritance law as an important part of civil legal normative modifications.

Licence. 4th Banking transactions and contractual arrangements. 5th Civil law and silent society. 6th Business Corporation - general information. 7th public company and a limited partnership. 8th company with limited liability  . Cooperative. 9th Joint Stock Company mono - tier system. 10th Joint Stock company - two-tier system. 11th Generals provisions of procedural law and procedure in the first stage  . 12th Appels resources in the civil process.
