Zákon o právu na digitální služby je součástí vládní strategie Digitální Česko, jejímž cílem je zajistit jednoduché a efektivní poskytování on-line služeb klientům orgánů veřejné moci a tím usnadnit dosahování jejich práv a plnění povinností a úředníkům umožní snadný přístup ke garantovaným datům v informačních systémech.

The Act on the Right to Digital Services is part of the government's Digital Czechia strategy, the aim of which is to ensure the simple and effective provision of online services to clients of public authorities and thereby facilitate the achievement of their rights and the fulfillment of their obligations, and will enable officials to have easy access to guaranteed data in information systems.
