Abstract |
---|
Abstract (in English) |
---|
Even senior employees can be drawn into skirmishes or conflicts in their department. Therefore, they should try to make subordinates treat each other with respect, keep their emotions under control, so that they do not slip into vulgarisms in their communication and thereby irritate the other individual even more. Again, the individuals in question should try to listen to each other, solve the situation together and clarify what they want to achieve. Managers are role models for their subordinates. |
