Abstract |

Manažerské dovednosti lze popsat jako sadu vlastností a schopností, které by měl mít vedoucí pracovník, aby mohl plnit konkrétní úkoly v dané organizaci. I z toho důvodu se manažerské a vůdčí dovednosti často zaměňují. Obě zahrnují efektivní plánování, rozhodování, řešení problémů, výbornou komunikaci a schopnost delegovat. |

Managerial skills can be described as a set of qualities and abilities that a manager should have in order to perform specific tasks in a given organization. For that reason too, managerial and leadership skills are often confused. Both include effective planning, decision making, problem solving, excellent communication and the ability to delegate. |
