Abstract |
---|
Abstract (in English) |
---|
One of the basic tools of a manager is delegation. Its importance to the executive is that it frees up more time for managerial work - planning strategies, updating and reviewing the plan, and leading people. There are many managers who are overworked and therefore do not meet the schedule and their employees are demotivated. On the part of the subordinate, it is motivation. Motivation is made up of several factors and one of them is personal development – learning new things, getting independent and more challenging tasks and the associated recognition. |
