Odolnost je podle zakladatele Jaromíra Tomšů dána především tím, že členové rodiny si vzájemně nekonkurují, dokáží se podpořit, doplnit, jeden druhému jsou oporou. Jaromír mladší pochopil, že nemůže nikdo ze členů rodiny od problému utéct, musí jej řešit a hledat zdroje pro další úspěch na trhu.
