Naše západní civilizace vycházející z ochrany principů svobody, rovnosti před zákonem a Bohem, legitimity a legality, právního státu, spravedlnosti, tolerance a sekularity je stále více konfrontována s externími – z globalizace vyplývajícími – vlivy a bezpečnostními riziky. Toto je problém střetu civilizací recentně i ve východní Evropě. V rámci globální spravedlnosti postupně roste vliv a úloha Mezinárodního trestního soudu. Ne všechny státy však ratifikovaly Římský statut.

Preambula of the Czech Constitucion and our Western civilization based on the protection of the principes of freedom, equality before the law and God, legitimacy and legality, the rule of law, justice, tolerence, and secularity are more and more confronted with external impacts and security risks arising from globalization. It is problem of Clash of Civilizations in East Europe. Within the framework of global justice, the influence and role of the International Crime Court is gradually growing. However, not all states ratified the Rome Statute.
