The presented professional monograph provides information and research findings on the scope of control and inspection activities in security forces, with the constitutional limits of this activity, including legal support and a list of implementing regulations. The author presents the result of the application of criminological tactical procedures to this area, with the aim of providing the professional public with the necessary set of information for orientation in the described area. At the same time, the emphasis is placed on the ability of analytical work when evaluating information from control and inspection activities, including the subsequent procedural procedures of a service official, with personnel authority. The monograph is the output of the lead investigator from a partial research task that he is conducting at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague on the topic "Selected aspects of possible corrupt and other undesirable behavior of members and employees of the security forces", as part of the Development Program of the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague as a research organization and research of the Faculty of Security Law under the title "Needs and forms of strengthening the competences and cooperation of security entities".
