Abstract (in English) |
---|
The Railway Administration is a state organization established by Act No. 77/2002 Coll., with its basic mission being to perform the function of an operator of national and regional railways owned by the state. It ensures operability, modernization and development to the extent necessary to ensure the transport needs of the state and transport services, while managing the property that forms the railway infrastructure. When managing and fulfilling the scope of its activities, questions arise to ensure the protection of objects managed by the organization, including the protection of persons. Buildings within the competence of the Railway Administration are publicly accessible buildings. They are key transport hubs where there is an exceptionally high movement of people. These buildings are often open, open to the public up to 24 hours a day, which brings many security risks. The most risky places are currently detected, in the form of so-called "soft targets" markings. Attention is paid to these risk areas with the need for increased protection and the establishment of preventive measures. For this reason, there is a research need to carry out a research survey to optimize investments in personnel and technical security, which will lead to a reduction in security risks with a preventive overlap, provided that the rules of proper management in the management of state property are observed. The aim of the project is to: - Based on the collection and analysis of data in the area of soft targets, propose an optimal state of personnel and technical security leading to the reduction of security risks in selected premises of the client. |
