Předložená odborná monografie přináší informace a výzkumná zjištění z oblasti činnosti orgánů činných v trestním řízení při použití kriminalistických metod, postupů a taktických operací v oblasti finančního šetření, s akcentem na postup příslušníků jednajících za policejní orgán. Metoda „Finančního šetření“ je autorem navrhována k trvalému začlenění mezi současné kriminalisticko taktické, dílčí metody, zvláštního způsobu dokazování, napomáhající k řádnému objasnění kriminalisticky relevantní události. Autor předkládá výsledek aplikace kriminalisticko taktických postupů do této oblasti, s cílem poskytnout odborné veřejnosti nezbytné penzum informací, k orientaci v popisované oblasti. Obsah monografie je zpracován pro potřeby výuky studentů bezpečnostně právních studií a studia kriminalistiky a forenzních disciplín. The present professional monograph brings information and findings from research in the field of activities of law enforcement agencies in the use of criminalistic methods, procedures, and tactical actions in the field of financial investigations with emphasis on the procedure of police officers acting for the police authority. The author proposes the "financial investigation" method for permanent inclusion among contemporary criminalistic tactical methods, partial methods, and special evidence methods, assisting in properly clarifying a criminally relevant event. The author presents the results of applying criminalistic tactical procedures to this area to provide the professional public with the necessary information for orientation in the described area. The content of the monograph is prepared for the needs of teaching students of security and legal disciplines and the study of criminalistic and forensic disciplines. The monograph is the result of the principal investigator's more than 30 years of experience in the field and original research results.
