Cílem bylo naučit a vysvětlit účastníkům přednášek vidět firemní souvislosti spojené s pozicí leadra a managera různých úrovní z jiných úhlů pohledu, než jsou doposud zvyklí. Přes nové vědomosti a nové pohledy zvýšit jejich efektivitu, sebevědomí a celkově znalosti o úloze leadra a managera ve společnosti. Naučit se pozitivně vnímat svou pracovní pozici ve smyslu: „Jsem manager, já vím.“

The goal was to teach and explain to the participants of the lectures how to see the corporate connections associated with the position of leader and manager of various levels from different points of view than they are used to. Through new knowledge and new perspectives, to increase their efficiency, self-confidence and overall knowledge about the role of a leader and manager in the company. Learn to positively perceive your job position in the sense of: "I'm a manager, I know."
