In the original language

Topic was attended by five panellists representing the Ministry of Finance, an investment company, social science research institute and academia staff. The introduction was made by two short presentations containing essential facts about the development of public finances in the past period (Assoc. Prof. Holub - Deputy Minister of Finance, Ing. Bezděk - Avant investment company). The discussion focused on the impacts of extraordinary events on public revenues (taxes and insurance premiums), the pension system, financing of the public health insurance system, employment, the functioning of the labour market and forms of employment or economic activity. The panel also included an assessment of the balance of public budgets in relation to the development to date.

Tématu se zúčastnilo pět panelistů zastupujících Ministerstvo financí, investiční společnost, výzkumný ústav společenských věd a akademickou sféru. Úvod obejmul dvě krátké prezentace obsahující základní fakta o vývoji veřejných financí v uplynulém období (doc. Holub – náměstek ministra financí, Ing. Bezděk – investiční společnost Avant). Diskuse se zaměřila na dopady mimořádných událostí na veřejné příjmy (daně a pojistné), důchodový systém, financování systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění, zaměstnanost, fungování trhu práce a formy zaměstnání nebo ekonomické aktivity. Panel také zahrnoval hodnocení rovnováhy veřejných rozpočtů ve vztahu k dosavadnímu vývoji.
