Článek je věnován citlivé otázce povinnosti podrobit se očkování proti stanove- nému okruhu nemocí, které svojí podstatou představuje zásah do tělesné integri- ty a soukromí fyzických osob. Jakkoli ve společnosti převažuje souhlas a porozu- mění pro povinné očkování, existuje i skupina osob, které jej odmítají, s odkazem na výhradu víry a svědomí nebo i blíže neidentifikovatelných argumentů, a to je pak předmětem judikatury

The article is devoted to the sensitive issue of the obligation to undergo vaccina- tion against a specified range of diseases, which by its nature represents an inter- ference with the physical integrity and privacy of individuals. Although consent and understanding for mandatory vaccination prevails in society, there is also a group of people who reject it, referring to the reservation of faith and conscien- ce, which is then the subject of case law.
