The publication provides information and research findings in the field of activities of law enforcement authorities in criminal proceedings regarding the use of criminalistic methods, procedures, and tactical operations in the area of interrogation activities, with an emphasis on the procedures of officials acting on behalf of the police authority. The 'interrogation' method has long been classified by criminal science as one of the fundamental criminalistic-tactical methods aiding in the proper clarification of criminally relevant events. The authors present the results of applying criminalistic-tactical procedures in this area, aiming to provide the professional public with the necessary body of information for orientation, inspiration, and the determination of appropriate procedures and the creation of tactical operations. The content is prepared for the purposes of teaching university students in security and legal studies, criminology, forensic disciplines, or related fields.
