Projekt se zaměřuje na kriminalistickou analýzu současných způsobů páchání pojistných podvodů, analýzu podnětů k vyšetřování a shromažďování důkazního materiálu. Výstupem bude návrh metodiky vyšetřování pojistných podvodů včetně způsobů detekce indicií pro jejich odhalování a návrhů preventivních opatření.

The project focused on the criminal analysis of current methods of committing insurance fraud, the analysis of prompts for investigation, and the collection of evidence. The output will be a proposal for a methodology for investigating insurance fraud, including methods for detecting clues for its uncovering and proposals for preventive measures.
