Článek je věnován analýze otázky, zda politické strany náleží mezi povinné subjekty podle zákona o svobodném přístupu k informací, na kterou odpovídá záporně. Současně však uvádí případy, kdy jsou politické strany, resp. instituce s nimi související informace povinny poskytovat.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the question of whether political parties are among the obliged entities under the Act on Free Access to Information, to which it answers in the negative. At the same time, it lists cases in which political parties or institutions related to them are obliged to provide information.
