The study deals with critical interconnection between financial markets and energy issues, drawing parallels between the challenges and opportunities faced by both sectors and their interdependence, namely issues related to regulations in both sectors and consequent interconnection issues in financing. The discussion explored, in particular, how energy policies, technological advancements, and geopolitical shifts profoundly impact investment decisions and economic stability due to energy transition. Specific focus was on effects of regulation development in both sectors.

Studie se zabývá zásadními souvislostmi mezi finančními trhy a energetikou a poukazuje na paralely mezi výzvami a příležitostmi, kterým oba sektory čelí, a na jejich vzájemnou provázanost, konkrétně na otázky související s regulací v obou odvětvích a z toho vyplývajícími problémy v oblasti financování. Diskuse se zaměřila zejména na to, jak energetická politika, technologický pokrok a geopolitické změny v důsledku energetické transformace zásadně ovlivňují investiční rozhodnutí a ekonomickou stabilitu. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována dopadům vývoje regulace v obou odvětvích.
