Odborné veřejnosti je předložen článek shrnující výsledky bezpečnostního výzkumu, který autor v uplynulých letech vedl pro Ministerstvo vnitra ČR a Policii ČR, v oblasti tzv. Rozšířené konfiskace majetku pachatele. Poukazuje na výstupy v podobě certifikované metodiky vytvořené pro příslušníky jednající za policejní orgán, v oblasti aplikace kriminalisticko-taktické metody Finančního šetření, včetně vytvořeného SW nástroje k výpočtu hrubého nepoměru v majetku pachatele, k jeho legálním příjmům. Zároveň v této souvislosti poukazuje na aplikaci relativně nového ochranného opatření Zabrání části majetku dle ust. § 102 a trestního zákoníku, ze strany soudů

The expert public is presented with an article summarizing the results of security research that the author has conducted in recent years for the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and the Police of the Czech Republic in the area of the so-called Extended Confiscation of the Offender's Property. It points to the outputs in the form of a certified methodology created for officers acting for a police authority in the area of application of the criminalistic-tactical method of Financial Investigation, including the created SW tool for calculating the gross disparity in the offender's property to his legal income. At the same time, in this context, it points to the application by the courts of a relatively new protective measure: Seizure of Part of Property, pursuant to the provisions of Section 102 of the Criminal Code.
