The article deals with some topical questions of the state administration execution in the European Union member states. The main attention is concentrated to the explanation of the contemporary state service definition [ including its legal aspects ], the essence of career systems valid in the majority of European states, the so called civil servants mobility significance as well as the importance of systems of elected representatives of local government and the whole public administration officials training [ demonstrated on the examples of some EU PA systems ].
