Článek se zabývá problematikou smlouvy o obchodním zastoupení. Vymezuje podstatné náležitosti smluvního typu. Věnuje se otázkám ceny i vymezení území, na kterém obchodní zástupce působí. Zkoumá i otázky provize a další odměny. Vysvětluje i zastoupení výhradní a nevýhradní. Jde o smluvní typ, který se – co se týká jeho používání – neustále rozšiřuje.

The article deals with the agency contract. Defines the essential terms of contract type. It deals with issues of price and defining the territory in which the business operates representative. Examines and questions commissions and other rewards. Explains the representation of exclusive and non-exclusive. It is a type of contract which - in terms of its use - is constantly expanding.
