This paper focuses on the use of multimedia-rich learning content and its dynamic integration into English for specific purposes (ESP) instruction in order to achieve maximum student engagement. Special attention is paid to activating methods in teaching, gamification of learning/instruction environments, and the role of interactive animated multimedia presentations.
