For a successful empirical research, the content analysis method by Berelson was used to study the texts in recruitment advertisements gathered from June to August 2015. There were analysed the requirements that had cumulated frequency in the analysed sample, which exceeded 3 % threshold in the processed data files in 2007 and 2015. The findings confirmed that employers are looking for workers possessing personal dispositions and skills of knowledge workers. Comparison of frequencies of requirements placed on candidates for the position of "Brand Manager" in 2007 and in 2015 indicates changes, but it does not mean that employers are less demanding. ER -
