Abstract
Peníze mají v současné době tři základní formy – hotovostní, bezhotovostní a elektronickou. Ta poslední se neoprávněně opomíjí. Cílem příspěvku bude pomocí metody deskripce a analýzy nalézt rozdíly nebo naopak společné prvky v právním vymezení mezi bezhotovostními a elektronickými penězi. Stať se bude také zabývat subjekty, které mohou elektronické peníze vydávat. Bude vycházeno z hypotézy, že elektronické peníze jsou samostatnou právní a ekonomickou kategorií.
Abstract (in English)
Money currently has three basic forms - cash, cashless and electronic. The last one is illegitimately neglected. The aim of the paper is by using of the method of description and analysis to find differences or, on the contrary, common elements in the legal definition between cashless and electronic money. The paper will also address to the entities which can issue electronic money. It will be working on the hypothesis that electronic money is a separate legal and economic category.
