The aim of this paper is to assess potential risks related to the functioning of central counterparties (CCP) and repositories (TR) on the European off-exchange derivatives market. Part One deals with qualitative changes of FMI regulation. This analysis is followed by an analysis of the FMIs role and an analysis of CCP and TR subsystems. The paper resumes the most important FMIs risks and the potential default of both subsystems which could be very serious. ER -
