Studie se zabývá velmi zajímavým právním a politickým sporem, který se odehrál na půdě moravského zemského soudu na počátku roku 1610. Hrabě Vejkart Salm se dorazil jako zástupce nepřítomného zemského sudího Maxmiliána Lva z Rožmitálu. Někteří členové soudu však vznesli námitky proti jeho pověření, neboť se nenarodil na Moravě. To se stalo podnětem k další diskuzi o interpretaci právních norem vztahujících se k právnímu institutu inkolátu (obyvatelského práva).
In English
The study deals with a very interesting legal and political dispute, which occured on the Moravian Land Court in the beginning of the year 1610. Weikhard Count of Salm came there as the plenipotentiary of the absent land judge Maxmilián Lev of Rožmitál. However, some members of the Court had objections about his mission because he was not born in Moravia. This was the impulse for further discussion about the interpretation of legal norms regarding the legal institute of inkolat (inhabitant´s right).
