The changes in educational programmes and mainly in the way of their realization are supposed to contribute to optimal employment of graduates in real life and, at the same time, to their sufficient preparation, (from the methodical point of view) for continual lifelong education. The attention is focused mainly on a function, development and realization of „professionally“ oriented educational programmes which are focused on development of graduates‘ knowledge which is practically assessable. In this relation, the attention is focused on changes in the way of presenting „purpose“ and significance of theoretical knowledge in relation to strengthening practicality of an educational process as a whole. A significant space is devoted to experience in the area of interlinking educational activities realized „out“ of a university building, usually in production enterprises (the so called „dual studies“).
