Abstract
Faktorem růstu by měl být trend přímého propojení účastníků interakcí, klientů a finanční industrie prostřednictvím peer to peer bankovnictví a pojišťovnictví. V současné éře zextenzivňování regulační iniciativy zůstává zatím nevyřešenou otázkou míra, forma a podoba budoucí regulace těchto nových poskytovatelů finančních služeb.
Abstract (in English)
In the text, authors consider the near future of the financial markets, where, they believe, a gradual increase in revenues and renewed interest in financial products is to be expected. The trend of direct links between participants in interactions, clients and the financial industry through peer-to-peer banking and insurance should be the growth factor. These institutions are putting positive pressure on the simplification of products in order to enable sales through cheap distribution channels, and consequently also on reduction of costs. In the current era of intensification of the regulatory initiative, the extent, shape and form of the future regulation of these new financial service providers remain unresolved.
