Autoři sdělení předkládají nástin možností praktických aplikací při forenzním digitálním zkoumání v kriminalistice. Tento pohled je opřen o příslušná teoretická východiska a zdroje forenzní digitální analýzy v zahraničí, při členění jednotlivých oblastí kybernetické kriminality. Největším přínosem jsou však podle autorů nové poznatky z oblasti odhalování a vyšetřování kybernetické kriminality, zejména v rámci kriminalistické počítačové expertizy, jejichž výsledky mohou přispět k procesu zajišťování a zkoumání digitálních stop a na tomto základě k identifikaci pachatele.

The authors of the paper present a sketch of possibilities for practical applications in forensic digital investigations in crime. This view is based on relevant theoretical backgrounds and sources of forensic digital analysis abroad, with the breakdown of different areas of cyber crime. However, the greatest benefit is the new findings from the field of detection and investigation of cybercrime, especially in the field of forensic computer expertise, the results of which can contribute to the process of providing and examining digital footprints and, on this basis, to identify the perpetrator.
