The report and comment submitted to the U.S. Copyright Office sums up a number of key features of moral rights as they stand in the world today. The authors argue by their universal acceptance and plead for full U.S. compliance with Art 6bis of the Berne Convention by showing disadvantages the current U.S. copyright law brings to the U.S. authors.

Zpráva pro americký Úřad pro autorské právo (U.S. Copyright Office ) shrnuje několik zásadních vlastností osobnostních práv autorských v podobě, v jaké jsou dnes ve světě uznávány. Autoři argumentují jejich univerzálním přijetím a přimlouvají se za to, aby se americká legislativa plně zesouladila s čl. 6bis Bernské úmluvy, mj. poukazováním na nevýhody současné právní úpravy pro americké autory.
