V rámci této studie si kladu za cíl rozebrat podle mého názoru nejdůležitější aspekty úplatkářských trestných činů, a tím jednak přispět ke správné aplikaci současné trestněprávní úpravy úplatkářství, a jednak nabídnout určité možnosti pro budoucí úpravu , která by byla opravdu tím účinným nástrojem v boji proti korupci.

In this study, I intend to break down, in my opinion, the most important aspects of bribery offenses, both to contribute to the correct application of the current criminal law bribery and to offer some possibilities for future adjustment, which would be an effective tool in the fight against corruption .
