V souvislosti s úplatkářskými trestnými činy se historicky uvažuje o nástrojích (hmotněprávních i procesních), které mají sloužit k usnadnění jejich odhalování, a ty jsou obsahem tohoto článku.

The last, third part of this article follows the two previous sections that dealt with the key concepts of bribery. In the context of bribery crimes, tools (both substantive and procedural) are historically considered to facilitate their detection, and these are the content of this article.
