Článek pojednává o pachtu. Nejprve se zabývá obecnými otázkami. Pojednává o základním ustanovení tohoto smluvního typu, o účelu pachtu, péči pachtýře jako řádného hospodáře a případných vadách na věci. Dále se věnuje zemědělskému pachtu a pachtu závodu.

The article deals with the smithy. First it deals with general questions. It discusses the basic provisions of this contactural type, the purpose of the offender, the care of the tenant as a proper landford and possible defects in the case. It also deals with the farmyard and the factory.
