Cílem je navrhnout alternativní variantu konstrukce RPSN, která by lépe zachytila roční procentní sazbu nákladů, která by byla lepší než současná. První část článku popisuje a vyhodnocuje současný stav problému. Ve druhé části je navrženo alternativní řešení problému, které je poté vyhodnoceno porovnáním stávající možnosti a navržených změn.

The aim is to propose an alternative option grasping the annual percentage rate of charge (APR), which would be better than the present. The first part of the article describes and evaluates the current state of the problem. In the second part, it is suggested an alternative solution to the problem, which is then evaluated by comparing the current option and proposed changes.
