V originále

V apelačním soudě se projevoval vliv římského práva. Zasedalo v něm deset soudců, pocházejících ze stavovské obce. Prostřednictvím tohoto soudu chtěl král kontrolovat rozhodování městských soudů a ovlivňovat tvorbu městského práva. Apelačním soudem si panovník upevnil svoji pozici v systému soudnictví.

The influence of Roman law was manifested in the appeals court. It sat with ten judges, originating in the estates community. Through this court, the king wanted to control the decision-making of the city courts and influence the formation of city law. By the Court of Appeal, the monarch consolidated his position in the justice system.
