Hlavním smyslem práce bylo popsání a zhodnocení formy, způsobů a specifi k a také možností prevence kyberšikany a zjištění, jaké povědomí má mládež o této hrozbě. V teoretické, úvodní části je stručné seznámení s danou problematikou a popis základních termínů šikana a kyberšikana. V první kapitole je vymezen pojem šikana a následně její příčiny a důsledky. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na kyberšikanu, zde se popisuje význam tohoto termínu, dále potom specifi ka, prostředky, formy, aktéři, dopady a možné strategie zvládání kyberšikany a následně i prevence kyberšikany. Praktická část si kladla za cíl zjistit, dle anonymních dotazníků, zda se na vybrané střední škole vyskytuje kyberšikana a jestli jsou studenti o této problematice dostatečně informováni. Tedy v případě výskytu kyberšikany jestli vědí, jak problém řešit, na koho se obrátit o pomoc a podporu.

The main purpose of the work was to describe and evaluate the form, methods and specifi cs, as well as the possibilities of cyberbullying prevention and to fi nd out what young people are aware of this threat. The theoretical, introductory part is a brief introduction to the issue and a description of the basic terms bullying and cyberbullying. The fi rst chapter defi nes the concept of bullying and then its causes and consequences. The second chapter is focused on cyberbullying, it describes the meaning of this term, then the specifi cs, means, forms, actors, impacts and possible strategies for managing cyberbullying and then the prevention of cyberbullying. The practical part aimed to fi nd out, according to anonymous questionnaires, whether cyberbullying occurs at the selected high school and whether students are suffi ciently informed about this issue. So in the event of cyberbullying, if they know how to solve the problem, who to turn to for help and support.
