Stroje, roboti, umělá inteligence, pojmy, které jsou v podnikovém prostředí neoddiskutovatelně spojené s otázkou možnosti substituce lidské práce. Ostatně tato oblast není až takovou novinkou. Již ve vědeckofantastickém dramatu nazvaném R.U.R jeho autor, Karel Čapek, přichází s varováním před negativními vlivy moderní techniky. Cílem následujícího článku je analyzovat konkrétní příklady praxe, ve kterých je možné, částečně či zcela, lidskou práci nahradit prací nových technologií či umělé inteligence a zároveň se zaměřit na problematiku, jak vlastně práce strojů mění náplň a nároky práce lidské.

Machines, robots, artificial intelligence, concepts that are inextricably linked in the corporate environment to the question of the possibility of substituting human labor. After all, this area is not such a novelty. Already in the science fiction drama called R.U.R, its author, Karel Čapek, comes up with a warning against the negative influences of modern technology. The aim of the following article is to analyze specific examples of practice in which it is possible, partly or completely, to replace human work with new technologies or artificial intelligence and also focus on how the work of machines changes the content and demands of human work.
