An organization made up of people, as social beings, communicates both internally and with the external environment. Formal and informal communication is part of every organization and it would be a mistake not to accept both of these processes. Communication as a process of communicating or passing on information is a crucial topic that allows us to better understand the complexity of interpersonal relationships. Paul Watzlawick, a leading communication theorist, said: "It is impossible not to communicate." Internal communication takes place horizontally and vertically between co-workers, superiors, subordinates and also within various working groups. The functioning of internal communication directly affects interpersonal relationships in the organization and, in turn, the relationship of employees to communication as such. Setting up communication processes in both vertical and horizontal relationships and its two-way flow is a condition for its functioning. Signs of interpersonal relationships also include conflicts that have the potential to develop an organization through inducing change. For such development, it is necessary to maintain constructive communication in order to manage the conflict and the mutual agreement in the form of a compromise solution. When managing conflict situations, the most important thing is to manage the emotional exacerbation of individuals and the search for a specific term solution with a breakdown into individual activities.
