Abstract
Provozování mentoringu má pozitivní vliv nejen na mentee, ale také na mentora a organizaci jako celek. Mentee získá nové zkušenosti, přímé kontakty, dobu praxe, firemní kulturu apod. a mentor je naopak obohacen o náměty a postřehy člověka, který přišel zvenčí a není zatížen firemními stereotypy. Mentoring pomáhá novým zaměstnancům, aby se aklimatizovali v neznámém prostředí.
Abstract (in English)
Running a mentoring has a positive effect not only on the mentee, but also on the mentor and the organization as a whole. The mentee will gain new experience, direct contacts, time of practice, corporate culture, etc., and the mentor, on the other hand, is enriched by the ideas and observations of a person who came from outside and is not burdened by corporate stereotypes. Mentoring helps new employees acclimatize in an unfamiliar environment.
